Welcome Landlords!
If you own or manage income property then you have arrived at the right place!
Whether you are an experienced pro or just starting out, here are resources that can help you to successfully manage and preserve your investment property.
Hi, I’m Cynthia Hale, a “retired” real estate attorney in Utah. I currently co-own and co-manage 115 houses and rental units and two office buildings in Salt Lake City with my son and daughter-in-law. After years representing landlords, and many years of my own personal experience as a landlord (having to take my own advice, which can be painful!) I’m hoping to help other investors miss a few of the land mines buried in this business so you can make a profit and put together a nice estate for your retirement.
Don’t operate your investment property in the dark! Pull on your fuzzy slippers, get comfortable, and join me here to swap some great tips (and a few horror stories).
The ownership of income property comes with more risk baggage than ownership of “safer assets” such as gold buried in the back yard. There are plenty of traps for the unwary. Nevertheless, if you properly manage your risks, owning rental property is both rewarding and fun.
I’m personally excited because now I have a Landlord Blog where I can debrief, pontificate, vent, rant, teach, help and educate. Please join in and add your thoughts!
