Meet Cynthia
Serial entrepreneur Cynthia Hale, is a “retired” real estate attorney licensed in Utah. Cynthia is also a third generation real estate investor, and currently co-owns and self-manages 115 houses and apartment units and two office buildings, with her son and daughter-in-law.
Cynthia operated the law firm of Cynthia Hale, P.C. in Salt Lake City for a number of years, exclusively representing income property owners. She retired from representing clients in May, 2006 (at which point, she co-owned and self-managed 70+ rental units in her “spare time”). Cynthia entered the legal profession after 20+ years in business as a small business owner and entrepreneur, asset and property owner/manager (formerly affectionately known as “the manager from Hale”), leasing agent, and mother of all miracles. Cynthia co-directed the purchase, renovations, management and/or sale of several large residential and commercial properties in Utah, California and Florida (totaling some one million square feet).

Cynthia lived and worked on a private yacht at sea for 5+ years and is extensively traveled (Daddy wouldn’t bank-roll her world travels, so she got a job on a ship). Cynthia is an able-bodied seaman and a radar specialist with the rank of midshipman (private flotilla). Cynthia also stayed at Jerry Garcia’s house for a few days while hitch-hiking up the coast in her hippy days. (TMI!)
